We offer holiday turkeys by pre-order only. We can raise both heritage turkeys (8-15 pounds) and conventional breeds (from 15 to 40 pounds). As with all our livestock, they range on grass from the time they have enough feathers to stand the weather. Contact us! We need to receive holiday orders by the middle of May. Raising good birds takes time.
Turkeys are more expensive to process and a little finicky to raise. We offer them at $4.50 per pound up to 12 pounds, plus $2 per pound for weight above 12 pounds. If you have shares and would like not to have excessive poultry during the holidays, we can waive your chickens during those months and credit their cost to the holiday bird.
